Emp Letter RFE Vs AC21 Letter

Hope someone will have the answer.

1. When you received RFE for employment letter, did you also send the AC 21 letter along with the Employment letter??..

2. If anyone have format of Employment letter and AC 21 letters, please post here and it is much appreicated.

3. Anyone know how long it takes for the approval once BCIS receives the documents for the RFE??.. I know noboday can predict, but share your experiences..

It depends what your RFE states. Aren't EVL and AC-21 letter same??
You have to state nature of your employment(permanent or 40hr/wk) in same or similar field, along with yearly salary. Try getting a EVL letter
from your present employer.
