Emp based EAD/485:Spouse become naturaliza thur her family ties

hi friends,

Need experts advice, here is case.

I have my EAD for last 2 yrs based on employment based 485 pending. My PD is 06/2003 in EB3

I married to GC holder few yr back and applied and approved for 130 same yr I married i.e 2004.

Y'day my spouse took the oath and became naturaliza US citizen.

Now my Q is what steps should I take in order to apply GC based on my spouse status. Also sh I wait till my spouse get her passport ?

File for Adjustment of Status (I-485) based on marriage to a USC. You should attach your approved I-130 with your application. You DONT have to wait for your spouse's passport. All you need to send with your AOS application is a copy of her naturalization certificate. If she is applying for her passport she will have to send her original naturalization certificate. So in case you apply for your AOS make sure you have the naturalization certificate.
I am not sure how the existing EB3 application works. I think that they will ask you at your interview whether you want to cancel it.
