Guys,
I applied for my AP back in DEC2004 and still waiting for the approval. I have to travel abroad due to an emergency and I am exploring my options. My attorney told me that you can get an AP from local office if you could show a proof of emergency...is that true ?? But when I spoke to a USCIS Rep. she told me that I can only send a expedite request along with the proof of emergency to a given fax number and just wait for the approval. I am not sure which one is correct ???
is there any one out there who has done that i.e. visit local office to get the AP in case of an emergency ?? Guys Please comment/share your experience...
Thanks much in advance...
