I have kind of situation here: My 589 case is pending,and just got my EAD.Now i need to go fast to my home country in Europe -my father died.
I guess I need AP.But now I heard that my home country may not let me come back here, because I'm in "Black List".Is this true?
Maybe is it better if I don't go?! Please ,help me.I havent seen my parents 3.5 years.

What is the black list ? I am hearing this for the first time. Maybe people familiar with this should contribute more....
