Hi,

I have applied for AP in August 2003. My current AP expires in December. I need to travel to my home country to attend a family situation in December. I have tried to contact the BCIS, to ask them the procedure to expedite the case, ofcourse no help from them. They provided me with a TSC fax number that has been diconnected or changed as the fax does not go through.

I live in Atlanta, and would like to know/any experiences if it is possible to obtain Emergency AP from the local BCIS office. Also what documents do I need to take in order to obtain the Emergency parole.

Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

try

i have heard here couple of times that they were willing to help if you had adequate reason to show them

This is what the Houston District Office website says.

Emergency Travel Authorization:
Must be applied for in person at the District Office. Please include with your application all support documentation (proof of emergency, proof of relationship, etc.)

Atlanta is tough

In Atlanta BCIS, getting Emergency AP is very difficult. Get solid supporting documents.
