I will really appreciate if someone knows the Emergency phone line for Vermont Service center, if there is any.
This is in regards to my pending I-140 from Oct'2003. I got an RFE in Sep'04 that I replied in Nov'04. I have not heard anything since then and neither any change in my online status for I-140. My attorney made a status inquiry on Jan'06 2005 but nothing still.
Please help or guide how to go about..
