Parents had come last year from India. They were given an extension of only one month till December 17th. Couldnt get a ticket till Dec 31st due to christmas rush.
We informed INS on receiving the tickets asking for an extension till 31st.
Parents are now coming next week.
Received a letter today from INS informing us that their two week extension is denied.
What to do. Will my parents be deported. Am really worried now, about the course of action.
Anyone with what to do info, will be very much appreciated.
