Question 1) Are ALL H-1b employees applicable for Emergency Appointment for visa stamping?
Following is a criteria for Emergency Appointment copied from US visa site.
"H and L visa renewals for applicants who are already working in the U.S and are returning to their jobs"
Question 2) Generally what is wait time for emergency appointment these days? (Like general wait time for normal appointment is 3-4 months)
Question 3) What are generally the documents required to proof. ( + Obviously one has to take one's specific situation doucmnets)
Question 4) At USA visa site, it is showing that emergency appointment process is not working for next 6-8 weeks. Thus what is the alternate procedure for emergency appointment?

"The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi is currently undergoing a transition of our scheduling process. During this time, there may be difficulties in making emergency appointments for Non - Immigrant Visa interviews. We anticipate this process to take an additional 6 - 8 weeks to complete."
