I plan to get married in India in end of October. My h1b I-797 is valid until feb 2006, and my 485 is pending under EB3 with priority date July 2003.
I need to take time off based on when i can get an interview, and also plan my marriage according to that. Now, does this situation where I have to wait for a visa interview to get married make me eligible for a emergency visa interview at the Delhi consulate.
