What kind of documents are required to apply for emergency advanced parole?
My father-in-law got hospitalized and my wife got the letter from hospital to say that he has been hospitalized because of possible lung cancer. This is a strong reason for emergency AP?
My wife will go to local office of Vermont center for the AP.
