Emergency AP, Newark, NJ ?

Hi, there,

I have an emergency reason to apply for AP (my second one). I was heard that Newark local office wont issue AP any more, does it mean I have to go (drive) to the VSC for the emergency AP, wondering if any one ever get the emergency AP in Newark?

It is TRUE that they will not help with expediting AP at NEWARK.

When I tried they handed me a 1 PAGER which says that an applicant should write to the NEWARK BCIS office about expiditing your AP.

Make sure your envelope says "ADVANCE PAROLE - PLEASE EXPEDITE" and then give them whatever your reasoning is to request an expedited process.

After all this, it still means that this request will be forwarded to VSC for processing.
