I filed for my AP renewal in Nov 2003. Currently its taking about 5 months for CSC to process AP. I have my tickets for India booked for Jan 29th and doesnot look like my AP will come in time.
Does anyone know what is the procedure for applying for Emergency AP?
When is it supposed to be filed?
What documents need to be shown? There is no medical emergency in my case.
Also, my application is filed in California but I have moved to Michigan.
