Emergency Advance Parole

Can anyone help me please?..

I just received notification that my I-360 was approved in December so haven't had time to apply for advance parole. My brother died two days ago and I would like to go to the funeral next week but don't want to leave without the AP. Can anyone tell me if it's possible for me to get emergency AP and how I would go about this? I've contacted the British Embassy, USCIS and NVC (not sure who would deal with this) with no response as yet.

Did you file the I-485? Without an I-485 being filed, you won't get the AP.

If you didn't file the I-485, why not? Is it because the category of your I-360 doesn't allow concurrent filing of I-485 and I-360?

What is your status in the US? What is the basis of your I-360?

Depending on your answers to the above questions, there may be options for travel without the AP.
 
Only received notification of approval on 31st December so haven't had the chance to file for anything yet. My I-360 was based on spousal abuse.
