I have a question, experts

I have an emergency situation back home; I am being sued!

I got my LC a few weeks ago and I'm filing the I-485, I-140, I-765 and I-131. People have told me that I can apply for AP in person at the local office; is this true? What do you think is the quickest way to get AP? I need to be in India in 4 weeks.
 
If you still have a valid H1, you could travel on that. I'd be very surprised if the USCIS would grant you an emergency AP for being sued. I've read that the only real emergency they will grant an AP for is when someone is on their death bed. And even then you have to provide all sorts of documentation supporting the claim.
