We learnt yesterday that my Mother in law is quite unwell and wd like see her daughter ASAP.
Our adavance parole got expired last Januray, after which it was not renewed hoping the GC approval will take place any time. I am now in a fix, wondering can my wife go for emergency approval of adavance parole, i.e. walk into BCIS office in Atlanta tomorrow.
What are the risks of doing so:
1. Wd BCIS ask for details of employment? INS is not informed of my change of employer midstream approval process?
2. How if I do not escort my wife to their office?
3. What if BCIS come to know that they were not informed of employment change.
