I have applied for AP with notice date 10/02/2006 in NSC. Booked ticket to visit India on 12/3/2006. If I don't receive by last week of November, planning to get emergency AP in local office. What is the possibility of getting AP in local office, what is the procedure for it. Thanks for sharing any information regarding this.
