Emergence AP

Hi, guys:
I checked the USCIS webpage and we can do emergence AP. Does that mean you can go there to get your AP right away if in emergence?

What is them defined as "emergence"? I got a notice to be invited to the an international conference. Does that count as "emergence"?

Typically emergency (in terms of AP) is a life and death matter.

You need to answer this question:
* What's the impact to you ( personally & professionally) if you cannot attend this conference ?
If you can document that your entire career would be significantly impacted (negatively) by not attending this, you can try getting emergency AP.

Try ur luck -- honestly, your chances are not that high.
