Email message on wife's I-485. What does it mean?

I got the below email on my wife's I-485 status. Can somebody please tell me what it means?

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On July 18, 2007, we ordered production of your new card.
