Hello All,
My ND is June 6th 2002. LUD always showed 7/7/2002.No FP till date. All I have done is send 2 faxes in July 2004 requesting FP.

I moved to my new home on August 25th,2004 and informed NCSC on September9th. LUD changed on September 14th and today I received the following email for all 4 members of my family.

Does it mean an FP notice?
Please let me know.

I also got exactly same massage yesterday on email as well online.I have called ins last week and also after this massage they said it means when you call us it generates this massage that they are responding to it,nothing specific.
my case is as follows

rfe 6/11
LUD 9/15

For a second I wondered if it was an FP notice. I guess we just have to wait and see what the actual communication says when we receive it.

You will most probably get a letter saying that your address has been changed.

Same thing happened with us. We changed our address on 8/26/2004 and the message changed to "... We responded to ..."
After 2 weeks we got two letters (for my wife and I) saying that the address has been changed for our I-485 cases.

But then our attorneys received our first FP notices on Sep 10th. The FP notices had a date of 8/31/2004 and were scheduled for Oct 2nd and Oct 6th, but our online message still says "... We responded to ..." and the LUD is the same. We never got our copy.

Your message indeed is a big help as I now know what to expect. At this time ,any positive change is welcome in our case as it just was sitting there for 26 months with out any change.
By the way ,LUD changed again today 9/16/2004 for 2nd time.9/15/04 was the first LUD change in 26 months.

I have been waiting for 23 months. Last week i called to report address change and got similiar message for family members. I thought it was FP notice mailed. Hope it is. Please lets keep this thread alive and update each other.
