I had inquired about my case with the USCIS and they sent me this email:
I have some Questions about this Email:
1. Does it sound like they have pre-adjudicated my I-485
2. by Visa He means - Visa Numbner=Priority Date
3. Since I have Filed my GC Labor.. so the Labor Approval Date or File Date is the Priority Date right?
4. or is the I-140 approval Date my Priority Date.
Thanks in Advance and here is the Email from USCIS.

USCIS electronic records indicate that on 7-31-07, the California Service Center (CSC) received the Employment Based I-485 application referenced above and that in October of 2007, the CSC transferred that application to our office, the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) for processing. That application is currently located at our office. To date USCIS electronic records do not reflect that final action has been taken on that application. Please note that at this time our office cannot take final action on that application because at this time no visa is available for it. Our office will not be able to take final action on it until a visa is again available for it. It appears that no visa will be available for it until sometime after 10-1-09. You may wish to obtain the priority date and the classification for the I-140 petition that was approved on your behalf and then refer to future monthly Department of State Visa Bulletins for future visa availability information. Visa Bulletin information can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s website at:
