eligiblity requirements

Hi all
the instructions of DV program says : Applicant must meet either the education or training requirement of the DV program.

Education or Training: An applicant must have EITHER a high school education or its equivalent, defined as successful completion of a 12-year course of elementary and secondary education; OR two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training or experience to perform. The U.S. Department of Labor’s O*Net OnLine database will be used to determine qualifying work experience.

My question is, if i meet both requirements,(I have either a university degree and 5 years work experience within the past five years) I should go under which eligibility?
I mean which one is better? Education or work experience?
Any comment would be much appreciated

Hi simply education is enough!!!one have to submit High School Diploma for eligibility disregard to what is the highest level that person might carry.
