Eligiblity for N-400 Naturalization.

Hi All.

I have friend who is permanent residence of the United States since 06.10.2003 and I am posting the below inormation to show the dates that she was out of the US.

Is she eligible to file N-400 Naturalization Application basen on residency requirement,if no,what is the date she is going to be eliggible.

She satisfies the physical presence requirement, but her continuous residence is in doubt because she has two trips of over 6 months in the past 5 years. She is eligible to apply now, but her success will depend on the evidence she presents to overcome the presumption of breaking continuous residence, and the interviewer's discretion when evaluating that evidence.

However, if she applies on May 10, 2011 or later (5 years minus 90 days since the end of the last 6+ month trip), those 6+ months trips will be too old to affect her chances of approval.
