Eligible for Seventh-year extension?

Hi

I was working for company A and moved to Company B on approved labor substitution. We filed for my I-140 and I-485 with Company B. My six-year stay limit (on H1B1 status) ends in Aug 2005.

I also filed for labor approval through company C in Aug 2004. Can I get my seventh year extension through company C, in case I have any problem with my I-140 or I-485, which I filed through company B?
 
Yes you can get extension on basis of labor pending more then one year...

If I-140 is not approved by the time you apply for extension you can get extension on base of pending I-140 also
