Eligible for citizenship now??

Hi all,

I got my conditional GC in Sep. 07 and my regular GC(after removal of conditions ) in Sep. 09. I am married to a US citizen. Am i eligible to apply for citizenship already ,considering i completed 3 yrs in Sep. 10 or do i have to wait 3 yrs after removal of conditions in which case my 3 yrs will be over in Sep. 12?

Assuming that you satisfy the other requirements (physical presence requirement, 90 days residence in state/district, etc), you are eligible to file N-400 now. The three year clock starts at the moment you receive your green card, and it does not matter if it is a conditional or a regular green card (although it is necessary to have the conditions removed before you can be naturalized - but you have already had them removed).
