Eligibility for Naturalization applicaiton

Part 2 of N-400 asks for eligibility for applying for naturalization. If one has a green card for close to 4 years 9 months which means he/she is eligible to apply which box should be checked?

The first option does not apply

I have been a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States for at least five years.

So should you check the last box 'Other' and enter something like 'I have been a lawful permanent resident of the US for 4 years and 9 months' for explanation?

You have to be at least permanent resident for 4 yrs and 9 month not just close to... and you will check the one with at least 5 years...3 months is for processing time.
