Pl see the details in my signature. Since my 485 was filed 12/05/2003 RD and VSC is doing May 2004, am I eligible for expedited request? VSC also made a mistake for putting me in EB3 bucket wrongly and admitted and moved it to EB2 bucket and said it's on track but said can't tell the time frame.
Would faxing an expedited req "speed" up the process? What's the fax no?
