Electronic Verification. please help!

Does any one knows what ISEAS Electronic Verification means. My little brother got admission into a four year college here, and when he went to the American Embassy with his form I-20, the visa officer said he should bring an ISEAS-Electronic Verification before he would be issue a student visa. Please does any one knows what kind of document that is?

I might be wrong but this is what I think. It is a new system developed for the INS to track the foreign students in every college in USA. I guess the system started working last month.
 
I wud think the same thing....as gcard...

I heard from my cousin that...now all the Students are directly linked to INS in the schools here...
Previous...International Students office was like INS to the foreign Student...
I guess may be related to that...

SO Jadi...ur Brother shud contact his school for the same....
