I have heard that before each election the service centers assign a considerable amount of their resources to citizenship processing to make new voters. This slows down the proccesing of other categories.

Have you heard/experienced anything along this line?

that makes a whole lot of sense...and everything has a timeline except two: the irac war and our name check.
