Efiled Renewal EAD, Need help in scheduling Biometrics (Code 2) appointment with ASC

Hello All,

I just efiled Renewal of EADs for my spouse and myself. The next step is to schedule Biometrics appointment with ASC. The pdf file generated says:

"You must phone the BCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 [TTY 1-800-767-1883] to schedule
an appointment with your local Application Support Center. You will need your BCIS Receipt Number and ASC
Fingerprint Code to schedule the appointment."

I called up this number but could not find any menu for Scheduling FP (Biometrics) appointment!!!

Has anyone renewed EADs online and successfully scheduled Biometrics appointment? If yes, then could you help me how can I schedule the Biometrics appointment with ASC?

Also, which address should we mail the supporting docs? The pdf file says:

"Please mail in any supporting documentation to this address:
California Service Center
P.O. BOX 10765
Laguna Niguel, CA 926070765
"
