Efile PP Question

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and I have a basic question. When I e-file for EB1-EA, does it matter if I request the premium processing in the beginning or do it when I send the supporting documents? Does this affect where the application is going to land - NSC or TSC?

For PP submission you need to have a case no ... First file I-140 then think for pp I-907 either by online or by mail.

Thanks, pana. My lawyer told me that he is going to e-file my case next week and he is going to request PP when he e-files.

My question is - is it better to request PP while filing I-140 or should we wait for few days and send request for PP along with other supporting documents. Does it matter?

I guess it does not matter when you send pp request. As soon as they receive $1000 and a pp receipt notice has been issued your clock starts but make sure you supporting material reached before that ... this is my understanding .. BTW I did not submitted PP request yet .. I will wait for couple of days before sending pp request to TSC. As usual TSC is faster .. Let's see.
