Efile of TN Extension

1)If i want to extend or change the job,can i submit the application by E-file

2)The receipt no. it gives rightway after e-filing is that enough to stay back in USA untill i get the outcome of application.

yes, but you must also submit the evidence required in hardcopy via post.
 
FYI,

I did it both ways last year. By mail and efile (two different TN's with two different companies). I mailed the first one with all of the evidence in May of 2006 and didn't get the TN until October 27. I also did a different one by e-file in August and received that approval October 17.

So my advice is to e-file. And you are good for six months after that while it is pending.
