do we need to send in any suplementary materils to complete the AP renewal (online application was completed successfully)? Thanks a lot.

You will have to mail the copy of approved I140 (if you have it already approved), then a copy of I-485 receipt (to show that it is still pending approval with them), copy of I-94 (proof of lawful entry), copy of driver's license and passport pages (shows the pic and address, etc), copy of H1 paper (if you have one). You will need to send them these. They will NOT process until they get these papers.

Next time you had better to say the supporting instead of supplementary. Supporting documents are always required. Anyway, you knew it.
