eFile 7th Year extension based on I140 approved for future employment

Hi Guys,

Am ready to file 7th year(3 yrs at a time) extension based on my approved I140 for future empolyment. Extension is with the existing employer with whome I have been working on H1.
Since i don't want my current employer to know about my approved I140, i just want to e-file for H1 extension myself.
Do you guys think it's possible? I know we can e-file the H1 extension but not sure without the knowldge of the employer even thou we know the tax id and stuff.

Please advice me with Pros and cons...

You can't do H1 petition without employer. It's employer petition - not yours. You can do EAD without employer.

Well, I do undertstant it's not my petition but just checking if there is a possibility so that i don't have let him know about I140 approval and at the same i will get 3yrs extension.
I cann't get EAD because i cann't file 485.
