efile 2nd EAD approved...RD 12/20/04

Hi,
My 2nd EAD got approved on 14th feb 05 but my AP did not approve so far as i filled both concurrently.
Is this normal. Can some one in the same boat. Please share your experiance.

what center?

Are 2nd and 1st EAD applications handled differently? I filed at NISC with RD of 12/30. Should I be expecting my EAD soon?
