Effects of Retrogression for EB2 -June 2009 visa bulletin

Hello:

Can anyone tell me what would be the impact of retrogression for EB2 category to 2000 for June visa bulletin? Will it be changing any recent months?My PD was April 2002,485 file on 2005 May. Has been wating till then..Have no idea how long it going to take and wait?
