Effectiveness of Service Request

Has anyone been filed a service request by an officer from USCIS? Please kindly respond. Thanks!

Not sure how effectiveness with service request, I did file for a service request in August, then received IV letter in October. Again, it could be completely coinsident. At same day that I receieved my IV letter, I also received the response on my service request which stating that my application is pending with interview scheduled, therefore the service request is suspended. For your reference, I have the PD 11/13/2006.
 
I had my service request responded pretty quickly with in 3 days but not useful information. It said waiting in interview queue and will be scheduled for fingerprinting at local office soon. I already had my finger printing done way back and my service request was for interview. So i did not quite understand the response.
