Effective time length of med. exam?

I recevied a med. ref. two days ago. I did my medical exam. on Dec. 2001 at the time of submission. The letter I got only says that the medical recrod was incomplete. I called a doctor, who said I had to redo physical exam which lasted only one year. (note: since I moved, I could not go back the previous doctor). But my attorney said he did not feel it has time issue (I might miss a dose of vaccine).

Is it true that med. exam. is only effective for one year? Do I also have to redo x-ray for TB?

No I don't think the medical exam has a validity period - your doc. was wrong. You have to do the exam within a year of filing the 485, but it does not expire (unless this is a new rule!)

You rfe is probably because your medical form wasd not filled out properly (either by yourself or the doctor)

The most common thing I've seen is the doc forgot to sign, or that he forgot to check some boxes!
