Effect on GC Priority Date when Company changed??

New Member
I would be taking another offer with another company soon.
With my current company, my Labor Certification and I-140 are
cleared. So when I move to the new company could I retain
my Priority date from my old company. What is involved for
me to initiate my GC processing with the new company?
Do I need to go through Labor and I-140 process again.
