Hello,

My parents are applying for their B2 visas on June 12th and I am sponsoring their visit wholly. My only sister is on a H4 dependent visa in the United States. Will make a significant negative impact if they mention to the consulate officer that both their kids are in US if asked. If it does, can they mention that their daughter is in India married or not mention about the daughter at all.

Please advise.

Thanks.

First of all, NEVER EVER lie and try to mislead for US visa. If it is found out, then they will be permanently denied entry into US.

Mention truthfully the facts, whatever they are asked. If they get the visa, very good. If they are denied the visa, life does not end.
