Effect of the EB3 Dates Retrogressing

Hi Guys,

As I have not seen any thread rolling with reference to recent
news of EB3 category Priority Date Retrogressing in eary Jan'05.
I just want to know your views on this, and also how far the dates will regress at this point?




Anybody please respond !!!!!!

translation there are many people w/ RD of 2002 & USCIS states that processing date is 2003 which makes no sense I guess after the election we will find out the true processing date. such as after the last election 145 was stuck in 2001 for over one year. sorry welcome to bureaucracy 101
 
Folks - there is an update on shusterman's web site that the EB3 dates can regress as for back as 2002 by 1 Jan, 2005. Looks like we are in for a rough ride. :mad:
