Effect of PERM on labor cert filed from different states.

In this day of PERM, does it matter which state the job is in terms of speed of labor certification. As once PERM is approved I 140 is filed at a federal level. Earlier some states used to be slow in labor certification, like RIR or regular labor. e.g. Indiana. So as a physician, before PERM, people would avoid jobs in Indiana. Does it hold true anymore now that PERM is active. Currently is there a difference in labor certification times based on PERM in different states e.g. NY, or California or.....

PERM times

Perm processing times are not state specific. However the 140/485 stage is based on the regional service center.

What are the current processing times for 1 140 in different service centers. I 485 is going to be dependent on visa numbers.
