Effect of PERM on DOL's transition plan

Does anybody know the PERM clearence by OMB has any effect on DOLs earlier memo to SWA(to tranfer all the LC cases to BEC)? Will DOL change its statergy of sending all unopened cases form SWA to BEC by march 2005?

I want to know what will happen to my case as it is in borderline. As per latest processing time (DEC15) my SWA is currently processing March-2004 RIR cases. We have filed my RIR LC in May 2004. Will they continue the processing of RIR LC till March 2005? or Will SWA stop processing RIR LCs on 12-31-04?

in CA they have already stopped processing. we received emails from the officer. they have shipped some cases and they are packing the remaining. the have cut staff . the remaining staff will focus on just packing and shipping

similar situation

i'm in a similar situation with RIR LC being filed in Apr 2004 - in california. So will my case be transferred to a BEC then?. How can I follow up on this. Also will it be possible to convert that LC case to PERM with the new PERM laws in place.. Can someone knowledgeable, please advice?..
