Effect of AOS on J1-waiver

My lawyers advised me file for AOS of my wife who is going to start her J1-waiver (her J1-waiver & H1 is approved) which has the 3year requirement to work in an underserved area.( MY I-485 is pending approval ).

Now they are going to withdraw my wife's I-485.

Does filing & withdrawing of AOS affect the J1-waiver status - trigger any HRR ?

Does withdrawal in anyway affect the future AOS of my wife ?

>The stupid lawyers thought that my wife could join by I485 .But the J1waiver for doctors doesnt allow AOS before the 3 years.
