Hello Everyone,
I am a new member to Immigration.com. I have a couple of questions.
I got my labour certification mid November 2002, the annual pay mentioned in my labour application was 65K, by the time my labour got approved, which took one year, my annual pay had fallen to 55K.
My employer says that, since my annual pay is less than the annual pay showed in the labour application, he not willing to file the I-140 and I-485 applications. He says, I will have to wait into the next year until, my pay becomes, 65K.
Does the difference in pay affect filing I-140 and I-485 ?
