Educational/financial advice for a new immigrant

A loan of $7500 that has 5.60% interest rate(subsidized) and 6.80% interest rate (unsubsized) with 10years payment plan for either both a good deal?





those numbers are total rip off ... compare with similar deal in Europe ... you really thinking about getting loans like that ...??
