Educational evaluation

Hello,

I am looking in for changing my employer. I have an approved EB3 labor with my employer. But I am doing my Masters and have completed half of my courses. I would like to switch job if the new company could process my GC using EB2.

I have 10 years IT experience, but have some complications on my education.

Question:
How can I get the educational evaluvation done on my own to see if I qualify for EB2? Do I have to go thru any lawyer or is it something I can get it done on my own?
