Hi All,

My lawyer is working on the recent 140 RFE (Company Financials, Education & Experience documents).

Education:

- All my education docs(mark sheets/ provisonal certificate etc) are in English.

- Is submitting notorized copy of these documents enough?

- I read that, some folks have submitted 'transcripts' of the documents.
Do I need to submit transcritps also?

- We submitted a 'Education evaluation' copy my company did for H1B.
Should I need to get a new one from a diffrent evaluation agency?

Transcripts

In my case I submitted the copy of degree certificates and the copy of the University mark sheets. My University mark sheets had subject codes and on the back side contained the subject name for the corresponding subject code.
I did not notarize them. My mark sheets and degree certificates were also in English.

My suggestion is to get a new educational eveluation if it is requested in the RFE, as the one used for H1 may not be detailed. I used Trustforte to get the educational equivalency evaluation for my Bachelors and Masters. INS accepted that. Submit the evaluator's resume along with the evaluation.

Regarding experience letter, it needs to contain the date of joining, date of leaving, title, (it is better to mention as a full time position), the number of hours worked per week (~40 hrs). It should mention your job resposibilities. The name, title and contact tel. number of the person issuing the experience letter.
