Education Proper selection for high school students

I need to make sure of the correct choice of the highest level of education of high school students. by high school students I mean those who still studying at the final year and not yet finished the high school degree. Of course if they are going to apply as principle applicants.
is it:
High school, no degree, or high school degree.
I know it is mostly High school, no degree ( as of the day of the application) , still need to make sure of it.

Do you have a diploma to say you have completed high school when you are submitting the application? That is the only time when high school degree is accurate.

This is why I said it is mostly, High school, no degree, I just needed to make sure of it.
