Education level question

I am not sure if I should put high school degree or some university courses in the Level of Education section. I am currently studying in the US and have completed some university courses. However:
1) They require a minimum of a high school education, and I'm not sure if selecting the 'some university courses' option will let them know that I have completed a high school education (it might seem like an obvious fact, but homeschooled students can also go to universities)
2) If i pick the 'some university courses' option, will they see it as someone who is still enrolled in their university degree or will it be seen as someone who took some univerisity courses, but never completed the degree (e.g. dropped out)
I would appreciate any help with these details.

You are way overthinking this. No one looks at this form and “thinks” anything. It asks for your highest level of education. Answer some university courses as that is accurate, and move on. IF you get selected - a random selection that is not at all dependent on your answers - then you will be asked to show your educational qualifications as at the date of interview.
