Somebody Please help.

My ETA 750A col. 14 says "Bachelors Degree" "graphics design or Business Administration"
col. 15 says Emphasis on Web site design
I have a
"Diploma in Hotel Management, INDIA - 1994
2 years Certificate in Computer Education - 1996
2 years Certificate in Computer Education - 1998"
A certified Evaluation from American Evaluation Institute says
"It is equivalent to an Accredited American Bachelor of Business administration with emphasis on Information Systems / Web Design Degree"
My attorney seems to think that we should drop the case as it will be denied. He doesnt want it denied on the record.
Does that make any sense at all. Please help. I am desperate.
